1. Make sure all hooks, clasps and zippers are open. From a seated position, take the bodysuit by the sides and put one foot at a time into it. Pull the bodysuit up to your knees.
2. Stand up, and spread your legs apart and continue to pull the garment up to a comfortable fit.
3. Put on the straps and adjust them to your comfort. Use a mirror to check that the garment has not rolled up and is in its rightful position.
4. To close it, hook up the inner hooks from the bottom up and then close the zipper. If open-bust, the shaper should be placed to surround the bra on the bottom.

This shape wear was surprisingly comfortable. At first it did feel a little tight and I was worried about it being uncomfortable. It was surprisingly comfortable! I followed the size chart, and the size I got worked perfectly! I was surprised it worked so well seeing as the price was a lower than some of the others I researched. I would highly recommend these though, and I would absolutely buy them again.

if you were thinking about buying this.... DO IT!!!!! it did kind of flatten out my little belly and it smooths my body. its soo comfy I'm definitely going to buy another one in the brown color!! its so cute with just pants but it also makes me feel so much more comfy in a dress. its so buttery soft the only thing im worried about is the peeing situation. (also if you have a smaller chest like i do you wont need to worry about a bra but if you dont i recommend a bra)
