1. Make sure all hooks, clasps and zippers are open. From a seated position, take the bodysuit by the sides and put one foot at a time into it. Pull the bodysuit up to your knees.
2. Stand up, and spread your legs apart and continue to pull the garment up to a comfortable fit.
3. Put on the straps and adjust them to your comfort. Use a mirror to check that the garment has not rolled up and is in its rightful position.
4. To close it, hook up the inner hooks from the bottom up and then close the zipper. If open-bust, the shaper should be placed to surround the bra on the bottom.

It fit perfectly as stated the size chart. I’m 164 and 5foot 11inches and I’m a size 9- 10 so the large it fit me perfectly. I like that you can wear it with your dresses to help the shape of your body but it also was great for when I work out I was so happy with it as it works as a great compression support as well. Some times I have bad back pain and this really helps with the level of support for my back. I really highly recommend this product it’s comfortable and works great for every day wear! I’m really impressed with the quality it’s really a great value for the price it’s very well made and I love its design a lot.
I love this shaper so much that I went back and bought it in black as well - I’ve lost 140lbs and have sagging skin.. this helps smooth me out under fitted clothing - it’s a staple in my daily outfit and I don’t leave the house without it! The material is so light and breathable that I often don’t even remember I’m wearing it - it’s durable and strong!
I have been trying to find good shape wear for years to no avail. I’ve even spent money on super pricy items and had to give them away, over and over again. I’ve returned many shape wear items on Amazon as well. My only issue with this is that the crotch is so small. It doesn’t make sense for the size it is because bigger women will order a 3X… and bigger women, especially those who have had babies will have a wider v area… so my privates were hanging out the side. BUT, I am just going to find the right underwear to wear underneath because this shapewear is legit. I am 235 lbs and almost 5’ 10”, and a 3X was super comfortable on me, even acceptable. And, amazingly enough, it still was snatching my stomach. However, I personally would like a tighter fit so even though the crotch area is too small, it’s super well made and all other proportions are spot on so I will deal with it. Maybe I can have a tailor add extra fabric as well. It would be worth it. I recommend sizing down if you want a very snatched look because the size chart and product is true to size. Now that’s a first.
I wanted a light girdle for everyday use that will smooth out my tummy and waist without being suffocated for 7 hours at work. I bought one size up thinking its going to be cut small but this thing is true to size. Its mesh, breathable, and flexible. Its not a designer brand but who is going to see it anyway? The best part... is having my boobs popped out the top! My waist looks so snatched and sexy this way
It could use a little more lower belly support but overall does the job of shaping and holding in problem areas.
I like this piece. It’s exactly what I need in a slimming undergarment. I can wear it with a dress or pants, making it versatile. The eye hook closure makes going to the restroom easy. It provides a great deal of lift of my chest, which helps with my 43 yold 34dd bust line. The back comes up high enough to be smoothing but keep in mind that it won’t do well with any top or dress that is low, even slightly, in the back. I liked it so much, I ordered this in black too.
Little tight but the butt lift is awesome
