Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1~2 business days from receipt; orders placed after 6 p.m will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 6p.m are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

We offer STANDARD SHIPPING for worldwide orders.

Orders over $50 USD: Free shipping
Orders below $50 USD: $6.98 USD shipping cost

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already started, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find an good solution.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, shipping information is not updated to you immediately during the time).

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped.

Expedited Shipping Exceptions
We only offer expedited shipping via UPS within the continental United States. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
